Priscilla V. Chapa

Priscilla Y. Chapa was raised in Duval County, Texas. In 1996, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Speech Communications from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. In May 2000, she graduated from the University of Houston Law Center, receiving a Doctor of Jurisprudence.

Ms. Chapa has handled complex commercial litigation, products liability claims and litigation, insurance litigation, construction litigation, personal injury litigation, DTPA cases, multi-party negligence cases, and automobile accident claims and litigation. She has experience practicing law in both the private and public sectors.

Ms. Chapa is licensed to practice law in Texas. She has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Texas.
